City of Springfield’s is launching its call to artists for this year’s UpStream Art project. This project enlists local artists to paint storm drains around the downtown area to raise awareness on the importance of storm drains and their connection to our waterways. Attached you will find the application, answers to FAQs and a flyer, which you can pass along to anyone you may feel is interested. Artists will be compensated $1,000 for their time and all interested parties are encouraged to submit a design!
