Be sure to review the Information for Students, Information for Employers, and application and selection timeline listed below. Winter – Spring 2024 Internship Program Dates
- This is a 16-week internship experience.
- Start date: January 22, 2024 (winter term, week 3). Orientation will take place the week prior.
- End date: May 17, 2024 (spring term, week 7)
- Capstone celebration: Week of May 20 – 24, 2024 (week 8 of spring term; date TBD)

Application & Selection Timeline
- (Completed) August 18 – September 6, 2023: Employer applications open.
- (Completed) September 7 – 19, 2023: Employer application review period.
- (Completed) September 20 – 25, 2023: Employer applicants notified of application results.
- (Completed) September 29 – October 22, 2023: Student applications open.
- (Completed) October 23 – December 8, 2023: Student application review period & interviews. Student applicants may interview with DEI staff and internship host sites. Interviews may be held in-person or virtually.
- (Completed) December 8 – 12, 2023: Student applicants notified of application results.
- (In progress) December 13 – 29, 2023: Selected applicants complete Human Resources employment paperwork.
