  • Worked with Dr. Susan Schwartz in research on southern Cascadia Subduction Zone
  • Focused on earthquake detection and microseismicity patterns on the slab interface in the southern Cascadia/MTJ region
  • Research conducted using software including Antelope and Matlab

UC Santa Cruz, Department of Earth Science, September 2018 to Present

  • Worked with Dr. Robert Coe in paleomagnetic measurement collection
  • Use of Thermal Demagnetizer
  • Field work collecting rock samples for research on the rotation of the Red Spring Block in Red Rock Canyon

IRIS Summer Internship, UC Riverside, May 2018 to September 2018

  • Worked with Dr. Heather Ford in research in structural seismology
  • Receiver function analysis to characterize Australian lithospheric crustal structures
  • Led Magnetics field exercise for UCR Summer Field students using Magnetometer
