Hi there!
My name is Suzanne and I am a born-and-raised Oregonian. I have a heart to learn to communicate with people so as to be hospitable and warm towards them. The languages I feel most comfortable with speaking are English, Spanish, Japanese, ASL, and German (in that order) with English being the only language I am fluent in. I find it a privilege to have had exposure to multiple communication forms for I find even ‘hello’ or ‘wow’ in a person’s native tongue adds a touch of connection. As a part of the CSCS Project, I am learning more about the language of Computer Science and Mandarin Chinese alongside the children we are preparing to instruct. We are excited about the work that is in process!
