We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Program Assistant to join the Resource Assistance for Rural Environments AmeriCorps Program team within the Institute for Policy Research and Engagement to help us better serve rural Oregon. Our fast-paced and energetic team places the next generation of change-makers in rural communities across the state of Oregon to take on meaningful and catalytic placed-based projects, all with the focus of increasing the vitality and vibrancy of communities we serve.

- Loves a good spreadsheet
- Has a keen eye for tracking data and ensuring compliance
- Enjoys event planning
- Keeps a level head under pressure
- Can troubleshoot member questions
- Likes working with goofballs (and RARE members too!)
