Dear UO Cricket Club Members and Prospective Club Members,
Our fall practice schedule has been posted. We will begin practice Saturday, October 5th on Turf Field #2 from 5pm to 8pm. Practices will continue until the end of the fall term on Saturdays at the same time and location.
There will not be a regular practice on Saturday, October 12th. Instead the club will be hosting the first annual Cricket Recruitment Clinic where club members will teach basic cricket skills and rules to new and prospective club members. I am hoping this event will be well attended and help recruit new club members but I am looking for a few volunteers to help me plan the event. Let me know if you are interested in leading a coaching session or helping with marketing?
In addition, our annual club startup meeting will be from 6 to 7pm on Wednesday, October 9th in Chapman 203. Light refreshments will be provided and attendance is mandatory without prior apologies. The agenda is as follows:

2. Leadership selection
3. Recruitment clinic
4. Fundraising
5. Player conduct and match selection process
