Due to equipment issues, the pressure washing has been rescheduled for Monday, February 21st at the same time.

 

Begin:  Friday, February 18th, Monday, February 21st, 2022 at 8:00 am

End:     Friday, February 18th, Monday, February 21st, 2022 at 3:00 pm

Building(s) or Area(s) Impacted:  Knight Library

Scope:  CPFM will be pressure washing the East exterior side of the building to remove moss.  A lift will be used to assist with the cleaning.

Services Impacted:

  • Occupants can expect to hear noise during this time.
  • Can also expect temporary access issues around the base of the lift as they move around the exterior of the building.

Straub Hall Exterior Pressure Washing 2/14/22 – 2/15/22

Scope:  CPFM will be pressure washing the south and west exterior sides of the building to remove moss.  A lift will be used to assist with the cleaning.

Tykeson Hall Exterior Work Advisory 9/16/20 – 9/22/20

UPDATE 9/21/20:

The stain was not able to be applied over the weekend due to weather conditions. The work will continue today and tomorrow.

 

Begin:  Wednesday, September 16th, 2020

End:      Sunday, September 20th, 2020  Tuesday, September 22nd, 2020

Building or Area Impacted:  Tykeson Hall

Scope:

  • Wednesday, September 16, Fortis and Mac Group will be power washing the exterior branding quotations concrete panels at the north and south entries of Tykeson Hall. North and South entry access will be impacted while they are working.
  • The crew will return over the weekend, September 19-20 to apply stain to the concrete panels. North and South entry access will be unavailable during this period. East and West entry points will remain open and accessible for entry and egress.

Extra Notes:  All work is subject to change due to outdoor air quality and weather conditions.

Scope:  CPFM staff will be pressure washing along 13th Avenue over the next seven (7) days.

Services Impacted:

  • Building entrances along 13th Ave will be temporarily impacted from pressure washing.
  • Access to the ADA ramps to buildings will be open, but there will be hoses and equipment that may need to be moved in order to access them.  Please use an alternative entrance, if possible.

Scope:  CPFM staff will be pressure washing from 13th Avenue to the Southern end of Kincaid Street on the east side of the sidewalk.

Scope:  CPFM staff will be pressure washing the plaza between McKenzie Hall & Computing Center, the Computing Center North entrance, and the McKenzie South entrance over the next four days.

Services Impacted:  Access to the ADA ramps to both buildings will be open, but there will be hoses and equipment that may need to be moved in order to access the ramps.

Special Instructions:  Please use an alternative entrance if possible.
