10/31/25 – 11/02/25 Riverfront Parkway Paving and Odor Advisory

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Riverfront Parkway

Scope:  Contractors will be installing asphalt paving in the areas shown on the map below on Friday, October 31st and Sunday, November 2nd.

Services Impacted:  Buildings adjacent to areas being paved may experience asphalt odor during the work. The road closure is already in effect per previous notice to campus.

Special Instructions:  Please use the detour routes already in place via Moss St., Villard St., or Walnut St.

10/31/25 Knight Law Center Trenching and Noise Advisory

UPDATE:
Due to pressure issues with the hose on the vac truck, this work has been rescheduled for tomorrow, Friday October 31st from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

 

Begin:  Thursday, October 30   Friday, October 31, 2025, at 1:00 pm

End:      Thursday, October 30   Friday, October 31, 2025, at 3:00 pm

Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  Knight Law Center

Scope:  Trench work will take place this afternoon to put down a water membrane.  This is needed to stop water leaking into Knight Law Center’s auditorium (room 184).

Services Impacted:  Loud noise can be expected during this time from the vac truck.
