Building(s) or Area(s) Affected:  1776 Millrace – first and third floor.

Scope:  Harvey & Price will be relocating fire sprinkler heads in the construction area on the first and third floor of 1776 Millrace.

Services Impacted:  The contractor will provide fire watch and IES will be on site to monitor the fire panel. There should be no other impacts to building occupants.

Details:  Horns, Strobes, and Speakers on the fire alarm system will not sound after the scheduled time. Provisions have been taken to monitor the building fire systems during this time and alarms that occur after the scheduled time should be considered real events and occupants should evacuate as usual per the U of O Emergency Procedures.
