2/07/23 – 6/30/23 Oregon Hall First Floor Emergency HVAC Shutdown

UPDATE:
The AHU5 installation work is expected to be completed and fully functional by the end of the day.

UPDATE:

6/27/23:  CPFM BAS Electricians will be removing power and electrical conduits to allow for the replacement of the fan assembly in air handler AHU-5.  This will shut down all air flow that was provided by the temporary measures.

6/28/23 to (Date TBD):  The contractor will begin the removal of the old fan components and mounting assembly, followed by the installation of the new fan mounting components and associated sheet metal work.

Date TBD*:  Once all sheet metal work and equipment installation is completed by the contractor, CPFM BAS Electricians will re-install the electrical conduit and new wiring.

Date TBD*:  Start up and tuning of the new fan motor will begin.

*There are unknowns on how long the removal and replacement of the internal fan components  will take.  We are hopeful this part of the work will be completed in 2 days.
