Scope: As part of the Baker Downtown Center Reroof project, the HVAC system that serve the offices and conference rooms on the south east side of the building will be offline. A crane will be used to remove and replace the unit. The crane will be parked on the east side of the building outside the loading dock area.
Services Impacted:
- The HVAC system to the SE side of the building will be inoperable during this time.
- Access to the dock will be affected.
