Building(s) or Area(s) Impacted:  Straub Hall

Scope:  CPFM will be pressure washing the south and west exterior sides of the building to remove moss.  A lift will be used to assist with the cleaning.

Services Impacted:

• Occupants can expect to hear noise during this time.
• Can also expect temporary access issues around the base of the lift as they move around the exterior of the building.

Building Impacted: Knight Campus Elevator #2

Scope:  The AMAG access to elevator #2 is not functioning. A contractor from ADT is on-site making repairs now alongside Otis.

Services Impacted: The elevator is currently offline.

Building(s) or Area(s) Impacted:  Lawrence Hall,  H100

Scope:  During the week of Spring Break, plus the week prior, hallway H100 will be closed in order to make repairs caused by a water leak earlier this winter.

Services Impacted: Access to the three step stairway between Lawrence and Pacific, near room 100, will be shut down.

Building(s) or Area(s) Impacted:  Susan Campbell Staircase 103

Scope:  Due to a sidewalk replacement, the north facing eastern most staircase exit (Stair 103) will be available for Emergency Exit only. Weather permitting for the work, this will be completed by Friday 2/18 and then re-opened the following Monday 2/21.

Services Impacted:  The staircase is closed except for emergency exiting only.

Special Instructions:  A sign has been placed and an alternate exit map posted on the door.
