Lewis Integrative Science Building Room 229 Construction Work Advisory 1/25/22 – 2/18/22

UPDATE: This work has been extended another week and is expected to be complete by Friday 1/18.

UPDATE:

The work has been extended for another week.  We are 90% complete, but just need to patch and repair the wall in the area where the demo occurred.

Building(s) or Area(s) Impacted:  Lewis Integrative Science Building, Room 229

Scope:  On behalf of the College of Arts and Sciences, CPFM Facilities Services is removing a partition wall in LISB room 229. The proposed dates of this activity are January 25th to February 2nd. The removal of the partition wall includes associated electrical work, as well as flooring and wall repair. Facilities Services personnel will be seen coming and going from the project site with tools and materials during the duration of the project.

Services Impacted:  Light construction noises (drilling, cutting) may be heard periodically in nearby rooms, primarily at the outset of the project.
