Begin:  Wednesday, May 5, 2021

End:      Monday, May 31, July 16, 2021

Building Impacted:  Gerlinger Hall 3rd Floor – Suites 342, 344, 346 and attic above spaces.

Scope:  Upgrade to the mechanical system exhaust (deferred maintenance) for the 3rd floor West wing of Gerlinger Hall.

Services Impacted:

  • The contractors will need to enter suites 342, 344, 346 intermittently to perform minor ductwork modifications.  They will control any dust and clean up after themselves to remain as unobtrusive as possible to the users and these suites.
  • No additional electrical or HVAC disruptions are known at this time.  A shutdown notice will be issued as necessary.
  • Building access will be maintained during construction but may require minor detours.
  • Users can expect to hear construction noises like hammering, drilling, grinding, and see construction personnel and UO staff entering and exiting the building during normal business hours.
