Scope: The HVAC units within Fine Arts Studio 125A will be cleaned of ash, char, and soot contamination resulting from the wildfires last summer. This cleaning will require each unit to be shut down for a period of time on that day. Workers may need to pass through the building to access the equipment, with most work occurring in the mechanical rooms.
Services Impacted: HVAC units will be offline.
Extra Notes: The project will be coordinated by Environmental Health & Safety, working with CPFM.
