End:      Wednesday, November 4th, 2020 at 1:00 pm

Building(s) or Area(s) Impacted:  Human Physiology Tenant Improvement at Hayward Field – NW Corner of Stadium

Scope:  Electrical shutdown associated with the Human Physiology Tenant Improvement at Hayward Field.  The work will shut down sump pump in SW vault in Mechanical Room #491 to relocate the existing conduit and J-Box, and the temporary light breaker that will turn off the entrance to the track lights.

Specifically in Electrical Room #366, Panel # NWSLPA, breakers 2 and 4 will need to be turned off.  This will shut down the sump pump in the SW vault in Mechanical Room #491 so the existing conduit and J-Box can be relocated. Additionally, the #4 breaker will be turned off so the temporary lighting in the TI space can be removed, and that will turn off lights at the entrance to the track .

Services Impacted:  This will affect the sump pump in Mechanical Room #491, the lighting to the entry of the track adjacent to the tenant improvement space, and the temporary lighting throughout the tenant improvement space.

Extra Notes:  On the morning of November 4th, JKG and GBC will hang signage at room #366 stating that the electrical shut down is taking place and that the lock-out/tag-out is in place from 7:00am to 1:00pm.
