Area Impacted: All of Campus
Scope: The campus digital radio system is going to be down for 30+ minutes for system updates.
Services Impacted:
- The system update requires three (3) reboots that take 2-3 minutes each for the radio system to be back on the air.
- During this time the campus digital radio system will be unstable and not available for use.
- The radios will display (Out of Range) during the outage.
- This outage will not affect the UOPD radio channels or the Autzen repeater used by athletics.
Extra Notes: I’m not expecting a long outage with this update all work will be in the maintenance window listed above.
