Time Frame: First Group – March 2020 through May 2020
Buildings Impacted: All Campus Buildings – First Group: Gerlinger, Gerlinger Annex, McKenzie, Knight library, Willamette and Deady
Scope: CPFM Facilities Services Carpentry crew will be walking through buildings and performing inspections of offices and common areas to assess doors, hinges, cove bases, trims, windows, etc.
Services Impacted: If an item is found that needs repair, and it can be done in under 15 minutes, it will be addressed at that time. If the work requires a longer time period, a work ticket will be created for service to be done at a later date. These inspections will not involve classrooms, labs, or secure spaces.
Extra Notes: If the office is not occupied when we arrive, we will take a quick look to see if anything needs attention.
