DESIGO System Server Shutdown 2/18/2020 – 2/21/2020

Scope:  The DESIGO System Server will be shut down, but all of the buildings will continue to operate on the program that is stored in the local BAS panel.

Services Impacted:  Users with remote access will not have visibility to the DESIGO Front End during the shutdown.  RENO will be down for the buildings listed until it can be verified and rebuilt as needed on 2/20/20.  Building users should not notice any impacts.

Extra Notes:  Work will be performed by SIEMENS.

ROTC LERC Exterior Window Washing 2/14/2020 – 2/16/2020

Building Impacted:  ROTC LERC

Scope:  The exterior windows will be washed.

Services Impacted:  Due to the use of the lift, the walkways may be partially blocked, but will not interfere with ADA entrances.

Extra Notes:  Work will be performed by DDJ.

Special Instructions:   Please close all exterior windows on these dates.

Klamath Hall Steam Shutdown 2/14/2020

Scope:  Klamath 3rd floor renovation needs to safely isolate steam lines.

Services Impacted:  Steam for the entire building will be offline.  This work will not impact clean steam.

Klamath Hall 3rd Floor RO and Safety Shower Station Shutdown 2/13/2020

UPDATE:  The only safety shower impacted will be room 345.  The 3rd floor RO will still be offline from 9:00 to 3:00 as planned.

Scope:  Klamath 3rd floor renovation needs to reroute and isolate the RO water and safety showers stations.

Services Impacted:  RO will be offline on the 3rd floor and the only safety shower impacted will be in room 345.

Services Impacted:  Only the 2nd floor nitrogen lines will be offline.

Klamath Hall Compressed Air Shutdown 2/12/2020

Building or Area Impacted:  Klamath Hall

Scope:  Klamath 3rd floor renovation needs to reroute and isolate the compressed air.

Services Impacted:  High pressure (100 lb.) and low pressure (30 lb.) compressed air with be offline.

Extra Notes:  Temporary compressors can be provided for critical equipment.
