HVAC Service and Inspection at Innovation Center 1900 Millrace 2/12

Building Occupants,

On Tuesday, February 12 from 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Facilities Services will be performing equipment service and inspection of all the HVAC related building systems. This will affect the fume hoods throughout the building and will require fume hood related projects suspended during this time. Technicians will access rooms 113N and 113S.

Prenotification was sent to building occupants on January 29.

Klamath Hall Immediate Domestic Hot Water Shutdown 2/4

Building Occupants,

The Klamath industrial heating water is controlled by an actuator valve that failed. In order to keep the industrial heating online, the domestic heating water actuator was swapped over to the industrial side. The result is there will be no domestic heating water until the new actuator arrives, currently nine days. Staff is working to see if the order can be expedited.

Work Control will continue to provide updates as new details are received.
