Hello Everyone,

This is a piece I’ve created inspired by our previous readings. This piece illustrates how nature is connected to ecofeminism. The similarities between women and nature. Nature itself is absolutely gorgeous just like the woman’s body filled with imperfections, and curves only to be objectified. In our books it’s her, it’s them that encourages life. It’s crucial to pass down traditions and the importance of treating those who fight for her as a being rather than a product for capitalism.

This picture shows that when we take care of them you’ll see it flourish and unveil its hidden treasure. The cracks within the Earth’s crust shows the natural challenges of beauty itself. The vines dripping towards the bottom of their backs represents strength and the endless journey for new growth. The river flowing from her breast caressing tightly around her body shows the maternal instinct of giving life to the surrounding elements. It’s the foundation of respecting the earth and its guardians who cherish them
