Oregon has wonderful scenery. Walking here is a delight. I get most of my hikes from the walking books of William Sullivan.
Have hiked a couple of national trails in the UK including the West Highland Way, the Cotswold Way, parts of the Coast Path and will be doing the Dales Highway in Summer 2014. Long ago, and with better knees, hiked every significant peak in the English Lake District.
