2do List

1.  Place your UO PhotoID on your desk, and show it when you turn in your exam.
2. Do not write or make any marks on the test itself. Bring scratch-paper, instead.
3. Make sure you’ve marked your complete UO 95# on the Scantron form.

4. Mark 01 for the Test field if your exam looks like this:

6. Important: Keep your Answers Covered at all Times. Use the Exam to Cover the Scantron.
7. Turn in your Scantron when you are done, and show your UO Photo ID at that time. You can keep the exam for review, or turn it in for recycling.
