Position Description:

Based in Los Angeles, Painless is one of the TV industry’s most innovative and respected full-service production companies. Painless develops and produces television shows for the largest entertainment companies in the world, including Discovery Channel, A&E, Travel Channel, TLC, Spike and others.

As a development intern, you will help generate ideas and work on the process of transforming those ideas into shows. Development Interns work alongside Development Producers to analyze current programming trends, research potential subject matter, search for new talent, write show proposals, and assist in all aspects of producing sales tapes.

 

Required Experience:

The ideal candidate is detail oriented and professional, possesses strong writing skills, and is passionate about television and entertainment. Previous experience with production is a major plus.
