Position Description:
Our production company is currently in pre-production on a feature film shooting this summer in Oregon.
The film will be released on Netflix, Amazon, Redbox, and possibly limited theatrical.
Currently we are looking to bring on a Best Boy Grip as an internship position during our shoot which runs from July 29 – August 22, 2017. This is an internship for credit and to get work experience on a professional production. All meals will be provided while on set as well as screen credit and IMDB credit to help further your career goals. Our goal is to find team members for future paid productions as well.
Required Experience:
Must be proficient and understand the job of Best Boy Grip on a film production set.
Ideal candidates will most likely have worked on a few short films and possibly some independent features and should be confident in their skill sets and ability to work with a DP and Director to achieve the team’s vision for the film.
A positive attitude and hard work ethic goes a long way on our team. We like students who aren’t afraid to wear a lot of hats and help out.
Preferred Experience:
Feature film experience is a plus but not necessarily mandatory.
