The University of Oregon recommissioning team has developed and is testing a general model for a continuous commissioning process in order to reduce energy, while maintaining appropriate human comfort levels. The project began with the Hedco building, and more recently has been working with Lillis Hall turning the UO Eugene Campus into a living laboratory.
