This course provided a grounded foundation for my coursework in the Arts and Administration program. The readings and assignments introduced major functions and issues in the administration of a nonprofit organization, with particular emphasis on cultural organizations. A term long group project allowed me to apply the knowledge through developing a non-profit organization.
