Every Friday Food Not Bombs collects blemished organic leftover produce from local grocery stores like the KIVA downtown in order to prep a hot meal. Their volunteers work hard to serve the public weekly at Kesey Square off of Willamette and Broadway in the heart of downtown Eugene, rain or shine.
In off campus Student Cooperative Association’s kitchen, Marla Campbell, begins prepping local, organic, leftover produce donated from KIVA for the Food Not Bombs free Friday meal.
