I’m thrilled to be hosting a conference here at the University of Oregon in October 2023. The theme of the conference is tied to bringing media studies, information studies/data studies, communication, and surveillance studies scholars together to discuss work at the intersections of these fields, especially work that brings media/comm/info perspectives to studies of surveillance.
