Urban design/Architecture

• slides moved too fast in the urban part, slowing it down would be really nice for the viewers.
• people really liked the way we tied Barcelona’s struggles into the project
• “If one building could filter this amount of water and have a wetland system, it would be this one”
• More innovation with the interior spaces instead of a traditional approach
• Less angles in the ground floor (although we were given the massing)
• different units have very different experiences, which could be good or bad
• “The developers will love you” (less common spaces in the tower=more $$)

Urban Ecology (some envelope comments)

• Having different facades/exoskeletons would be expensive. Keeping them more the same is more expensive.
• We need columns on the facades to hold up the balconies
• We seemed to succeed in creating different microclimate spaces in the envelope and exterior spaces at the risk of having no interior common space
• Distance to the other towers is good

Media

• Maybe have a typical floor plan without the fill

CLT Mass Timber

• Could use Stick Frame with mass timber because we are using a lot of Mass Timber for all of the projects
