Structural Design The structure is a hybrid mass timber design using a 5.5m by x 4.8 x 6 x 6 CLT grid and utilizes concrete in its shear and core components. The floor panels also consist of CLT and are sized 3 m by 12m. Where there are exposed columns, CLT is not used, and steel columns are used instead. Where there are exposed panels, a precast concrete floor is used instead. The tower design uses two sets of enclosed stairs as a concrete core with shear being on the inside of the building when possible.
