1. Think about scales of space between the height of the building and how close it is to the market
2. Analyze how sunlight gets into the courtyard and how that effects the outdoor “patio” space
3. Roof terraces and whether or not windows are on that part of the facade
4. Shading device possibly different on the roof to actually shade the space

2. Different activities shown in the courtyard in the section drawing
3. Draw the CLT panels in the structural plans

CLT mass timber

1. Think about articulation of beams in the units
2. Column sizes
3. Shear walls and how they work with the windows in the unit and articulation of the shear walls showing up on the facade(?)

Urban ecology

1. Think about how the ground floor/market areas can act as third spaces
2. Connection of the ground floor more to the park as well as the plaza
3. Roof terrace relationship not just to the building but to the public space below/around
