I’ll send you minimum rooms dimensions tonight based on Torre Baró’s project.

We had to draw some plans to prove it.

Then they need to define the rest of the house components.

As standard public approximately:

1 room: 50 sqm

2 rooms: 65 sqm

3 rooms: 80 sqm

5% of the houses should be for disabled. 2 rooms disabled is about 75 sqm so similar to 3 rooms standard.

Market houses can be a little more generous.
