The Arduino Sound Sensor captures the delta of sound in Db over time, which relates to the environmental qualities of care.

• How does the sensor data used by people?

The sensor is used to show the Db range of surrounding soundscape and serves as an educational tool for learning about harmful ranges of sound, as an intervention for those to care for themselves and those hard of hearing to understand how noise affects young and vulnerable ears.
