This is our dry Cleaning Service. Support processes for the service will be machine maintenance as the machine may breakdown or need servicing. There is also advertising that takes place behind the scene that drives customers to our service. There is also cleaning products that need to be bought behind the scenes such as new equipment and cleaning solutions. All these behind the scene tasks will need to be scheduled and paid for. The customer will directly have to deal with scheduling when the clothes will need to be done, they will have to deal with driving and giving the clothes over and also complete for the service. The employees will directly have to deal with customer needs, scheduling, cleaning of the clothes, store upkeep, and payment transactions.
