Recently sold homes (according to zillow). The circled area is our ideal location located in Bridgeport Village. With this location, we can expect to attract customers from the close neighborhood on the other side of the I-5. In addition, the Bridgeport Village location will attract other consumers from the Portland area as they come for various shopping and restaurant options.

From the consumer list we built, we set out our guidelines to be age nineteen and older, have a household income of 125,000+, and within 35 miles of the Bridgeport Village location. With those guidelines, we received just under 90,000 leads.
When we targeted consumers only interested in health/beauty care, we received 12,535 leads.
Our plan to place the health spa in the Bridgeport Village area is due to the ease of access and surrounding attractions. Since it is just off the freeway, it is in a convenient location that will attract local community members, but is close enough to attract Portland metropolitan area too. Furthermore, the surrounding homes are of higher value and the retail options offered at Bridgeport appeal to higher income consumers as well.
Rental options
We looked into the leasing information provided off the Bridgeport Village website and found more information about this shopping center, as well as the people to contact for leasing contracts. However, there was no pricing range available.
After, we looked on Craigslist for reference spaces across the Portland area. In Lake Oswego, we found a 1553 sq ft rental space that was located in a common attraction area. In NW Portland, there was a cozy office space with windows overlooking the city that is priced at $2545. Then, on Meadows Road, another rental space for our business that includes multiple amenities costs $1519 per month. Or, in NE Portland (Irvington), there is a massage salon space available for $500 at 110 sq ft. For a comparison, in downtown Tualatin, office space is generally priced at around $550.
However, for our health spa, we need to consider the view, ease of access, amenities, building capabilities, and square feet in addition to the price.
