Hello, and welcome to my website! My name is Kaisa Autumn and I am a PhD candidate studying Geophysics at the University of Oregon.

I began my PhD in fall of 2022, and I am studying geophysics, volcanology, and seismology under Prof. Emilie Hooft. I am an Oregonian, and I love being able to pursue my scientific interests in my home state.
Currently, my research is focused on seismic imaging of magma plumbing systems in the deep crust and mantle beneath volcanoes.
In my spare time I enjoy traveling, sewing, and reading.
