Springfield Island Park site Phil Farrington pfarrington@cdcmgmtcorp.com of CDC Management Corp is the contact.  Courtney Griesel (cgriesel@springfield-or.gov) of Springfield is also eager to have SCY urban design work on this general area.  Mark Gillem’s Fall 2018 studio is looking at this area and Solmaz Kive will do a interiors rehab of the 138 Main Street building for Winter 2019.
