Graduate Admission Decision

Congratulations on being offered admission!

As soon as you have made a decision, please submit the Graduate Admission Decision form with your choice to either accept or decline the admission offer.

If you accept the offer, you must submit both the online Admission Decision form AND your electronic program deposit by the deadline noted in your admission notification.

If the admission deadline falls on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday), the deadline rolls over to the following Monday at midnight, 12:00 a.m. (PST).
