Here are some more process drawings I have been working on. As the theme of this studio is looking at how biology and natural process can inform design I decided to exit the relm of architecture and study some natural forms in order to think about them and see what I can bring from them into the realm of architecture. My teachers were not happy with me for doing these drawings because I was not drawing a building but I think I got a lot out of it and the reviewers really appreciated them. So I consider these to be both successful and unsuccessful but over all it has been a useful exercise and it helped to inform my design. I looked at a range of things from microscopic imagery of bacteria and fungi to real size images of fish scales to macroscopic images of circulation and flows, it was interesting to see the correlations and differences between them.
