Accessible Education Center

The Accessible Education Center (formerly Disability Services) is part of the Undergraduate Studies Division of Academic Affairs. The program better reflects the broad scope of attention and support to individual students and the emphasis on systemic change to increase accessibility and inclusivity across campus. The office is located in 360 Oregon Hall and welcome appointments from students, as well as inquiries from parents, and consultations with faculty/staff. Learn more


Alumni Association

The University of Oregon Alumni Association serves as an important connection to the UO for more than 195,000 Ducks around the world. Domestic and international chapters and groups, reunions, tailgates, career networking, travel, watch parties, service opportunities, and more keep alumni connected to their Alma mater and to each other. Career Center

The Career Center is open to all UO students in need of assistance in your search for your career positions, internships, and part-time jobs. We are committed to preparing them for their contribution to your organization and society, as well as to connect you with them in meaningful ways. Learn more


Counseling Center

The University Counseling Center provides services to UO students including individual counseling, group counseling, and workshop programming.  If you are having specific issues with drug and alcohol abuse please read about the BASICS program.  We also provide services to students with eating and body image concerns. Center for Asian and Pacific Studies

The Center for Asian and Pacific Studies, housed under the Global Studies Institute, is a research and outreach center devoted to promoting understanding of the Asia-Pacific region. Its primary aim is to foster collaborative and individual research engaging Asia-interested scholars from the UO, the nation, and around the world. The Center is distinctive in terms of its geographic scope with programmatic focus on East Asia, South East Asia, South Asia, and the Pacific Islands. Learn more

Multicultural Center (MCC)

The MCC is a hub of activism, connecting students of all races and backgrounds to encourage collaboration around diversity programming and education. The MCC accommodates meetings of student unions, educational and cultural workshops, guest speakers and artists, art displays, spoken word events, hip hop concerts, etc. The MCC also houses a resource library of books and videos, and has computers for students to work on academic and union projects. The MCC provides potential coalition space for groups in one physical location, encouraging dialogue and cooperation toward achieving common goals. Learn more


Scholarships and Funding

Diversity Excellence Scholarship (DES): This scholarship recognizes undergraduate, graduate, and Law students from diverse academic and social environments. Students are recognized for their educational achievements and contribution to diversity and inclusion on campus and in their communities. The scholarship is an integral part of the university’s inclusion and diversity mission. Awardees receive tuition-remission with awards ranging from partial to full tuition and fee awards. Both incoming undergraduate, graduate, transfer and law students are eligible to apply. Learn more

General University Scholarship: General University Scholarships are awarded on the basis of scholastic achievement, and selection is highly competitive. They are made possible by the generous contributions of many individuals to the University of Oregon. Learn more

Grants: Unlike loans, grants provide funding that you don’t have to pay back. Grants are typically awarded to students who have the highest level of financial need (according to FAFSA). Learn more

Pathway Oregon Scholarship: PathwayOregon ensures that academically qualified, federal Pell Grant–eligible Oregonians will have their tuition and fees paid through a combination of federal, state, and university funds. In addition to financial support, the program provides comprehensive academic support and career guidance. Learn more

Work Study: Earn money for college expenses by working on campus, in the government, or in selected nonprofit agencies serving the community. Through the federally funded work-study program, students may work up to 25 hours per week, while classes are in session, and receive a monthly paycheck (based on an hourly wage) that they can use for educational expenses. Work schedules must not conflict with a student’s class schedule. Learn more
