About Allen Hall PR
Allen Hall Public Relations (AHPR) is an innovative, nationally affiliated, student-run public relations firm at the University of Oregon. AHPR was founded in 2000 to provide University of Oregon students with the opportunity to construct and implement public relations campaigns to maximize exposure and results for businesses and nonprofits.
Many of our members come to AHPR with specialties in public relations, marketing, advertising, electronic media, and graphic design.
Our clients come to us with goals of increasing media coverage, building/maintaining social media presence, curating content, event promotion, crisis management, and/or campaign planning/implementation. These goals are usually met through building media lists with relevant contacts, media pitching, conducting social media audits, planning social media calendars with creative content, and graphic design for flyers/brochures/website management, to name a few.
Previous clients have included Ashton Eaton & Brianne Theisen-Eaton, Dairy Farmers of America, Broadway Metro, Marching in Their Footsteps, All That! Dane Company, Keap Athletics, Fred Meyer, UO Business Centers, PRSA Oregon, New Venture Championship, Elements Health Plans, PeaceHealth Bikes, and more.

“We can confidently say that choosing to work with AHPR was the most important decision we made that determined the success of our project. Anyone who does not make it a priority to work with the passion, creativity, problem solving ability, and determination of the students at AHPR is making a bad business decision.”
Mark Mohammadpour, President, Chief Executive Officer and Leadership Assembly Delegate of PRSA Portland Metro Chapter
“Our PRSA Portland Metro chapter needed some outside PR thinking, and AHPR came to the rescue! Not only did AHPR write an 18-month strategic and research driven plan that wowed our board, but it also drove communications for our successful events throughout the year. The board appreciates the team’s smart thinking, attention to detail and client service. We look forward to working with AHPR to exceed the measurable objectives outlined in the plan.”
