A little background:

I’m the Senior Director of Campaign Strategy and Institutional Benchmarking (CSIB) in University Advancement at the UO. I’ve worked here since 1998 when I started as a prospect researcher. Before that, I did the typical odd jobs around Eugene – waitress, retail, funeral home attendant. I got my B.S. in psychology from East Stroudsburg University in PA, and my M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University in NJ. The story about how we ended up in Oregon was simple: Life’s gotta be easier and better out west (plus we were in our 20s and anything’s possible at that age).

I also serve on the CASE District VIII cabinet as a co-chair of the opportunity and inclusion portfolio. I love my DEI&B work at CASE and the UO, as well as when I have the opportunity to partner with colleagues and counterparts in the field.
