We do not have the means to physically house artwork. In this context, ‘visual representations’ refer to images of your work. Visual representations include, but are not limited to: sculptures, photography, textiles, drawings, glasswork, jewelry, and prints. For example, if you made a painting, you would take a photograph of it and submit it to the archive.

Visual Representation (Image) Formatting Requirements
- JPG
- Maximum number of photos for the same work: 3 (all photos must meet guidelines)
- Resolution: 72-200 dpi (100 recommended, larger images will be down res.)
- File naming (lowercase): lastname_firstname _mmyyyy (ex. gershone_hannah _052022)
Instructions for Submission
1) Create a Google Account and access Google Drive, if you do not have an account already
2) Create a folder in Google Drive named: Lastname_Firstname_Year (example: Gershone_Hannah_2022)
3) Upload your contribution materials to the Google Drive folder (do not include any other files here):

- Optional Artist Bio (maximum 100 words)
- Optional Artist Statement (maximum 250 words)
4) Share the folder with adopteearchive@gmail.com
5) Have the following information and materials on hand before filling out the Qualtrics form (next step):

- Your contribution materials in a shared Google Drive folder (see Step 3)
- If applicable, a link to your Artist Website and/or Artist Collective website
- A list of the materials (medium) used to create your work (ex. acrylic paint)
- A list of the technique(s) used to create your work (ex. hand building)
- The overall measurements in centimeters of your work (length x width x height) (e.g., 5 cm x 2 cm x 8 cm)
6) Fill out the Qualtrics Submission Form (10-15 minutes if you have all materials ready)! The form will ask you for the shared link to the Google Drive folder
