About Your Scholarship

Award: PAT KILLGALLON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

History of the Scholarship:

This scholarship was established by the Oregon Federation and Council for Exceptional Children in honor of Dr. Pat Killgallon, early advocate for special education at the University of Oregon. The scholarship provides financial assistance to students who are preparing to work with those who are mentally or physically disabled.

The award recipients will be selected on the basis of the following criteria: 

• Recipients must be enrolled in the programs of the University of Oregon College of Education

• Recipients will be chosen based on demonstrated academic success

• Scholarships are available to graduate or undergraduate students

• Recipients must be students in the area of special education

There are no donors to thank for this scholarship.
