Award: TINA HALL MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

History of the Scholarship:

This scholarship for Special Education students at the College of Education is in memory of Tina Hall. Tina was born with Down’s Syndrome. Her family moved to Eugene when she was two and a half years old and she became a part of the COE Clinical Services pre-school and kindergarten. Tina passed away from heart failure when she was 30 and is remembered dearly by both her parents Nancy and Bill and her brother, Jeremy.

The award recipients will be selected on the basis of the following criteria: 

• Persuing a degree or licensure in special education
