Hi everyone,
Today is the second day that we go to village in Guiyang. Yesterday we drove up to the hill and attended a Miao festival where there are 20,000 people. Today, after 9 hours driving from 8:30am to 5:30pm (oh, man!), Doug, Jess & I finally get to one of the Miao villages. Their costume and dancing is fabulous. Look at the pictures!
Each family of the whole village bring a dish to us. They sing and dance. Their rice wine is really strong. They are so passionate and happy for our visit. I cant believe that one of the lady even carry me out of the village. We visited one of the houses and Doug was invited to dance with them! (see the picture!)
It is 2 am now. We have to get up and attend another festival at 7am tomorrow morning. Hope it will not rain!
