Air Rights and Projections past the property line such as balconies are allowed over sidewalks up to 5′ beyond the property line (adjacent right-of-way), 6′-8″ minimum height above grade.
No windows allowed within 5′ from the neighboring property line to the west and south.
Minimum two means two 2-hour rated stairwells.
