The Code of work conduct based on my own experience in architecture offices in NY and Barcelona since the age of 15 and my own licensed work as a registered architect in OR, NY and CA:

  • You need to do the work like you care.
  • You need to participate in the process.
  • You need to make deadlines.
  • Professional responsibility and liability is real.
  • The #1 desired traits from employers of references and listed in job descriptions is “ability to work self-guided.”
