From Object to Field
Geometric Versus Algebraic Combination:
- The formation of a field condition in which unity is expressed through geometric relationships that include part to whole, axial alignment, symmetry, and formal sequence.
Geometric Vs. Algebraic Combination
Walking Out of Cubism:
- A minimalist form for field condition in which an abstractions of lines and planes creating a sense of motion in the field while also conglomerating similar shapes, images, and colors.
Thick 2D:
- A means of expressing the stresses or centralities of a field by incorporating peaks, alleys, and other abnormalities that allow those stresses to be revealed to the viewer.
Flocks, Schools, Swarms, Crowd:
- A field characterized as a flock has every component of the field moving in a general direction and towards the perceived center of mass while maintaining equal distance between components. In another form flocks become crowds of dense components that only want growth and homogeneity.
Flocks, Swarms, Schools, Crowds
Distributed Institutions:
- The admission of change, accident, and improvisation by way of adapting from the old and set order to what is new.
